Today's guest, Sue Reynolds, is a 6x – Sprint Triathlon World Championship Qualifier , an Ironman 70.3 World Championship Qualifier, in the 2017 Sprint Triathlon World Championship she was the first American to cross the finish line. She’s an author and speaker and among many other races and accomplishments, perhaps the most impressive one is that she began her triathlon journey at 335 pounds and a secret desire to race.
