She is a Clinical Exercise Therapist for Intermountain Healthcare as well as an adjunct professor at Dixie State University, where she teaches Aquatic Fitness and Dance Fitness. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance Management (Exercise Science) in 2004 from Weber State University and is working on her master’s from Grand Canyon University in Mental Health and Wellness with Integrated Health.
