Mary Pershall graduated from Dixie State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She currently works with the Intermountain LiVe Well Center as an exercise therapist. She is passionate about strength training and helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Today she talks with Kyle and Lil about our emotional hang ups with food and why giving moral labels of “good” or “bad” to food can be harmful.
